Foraging for Wild Salads in Late Spring with Elsa McCargar and Conor Murphy

Sally forth to Fern Hollow for a workshop exploring the wondrous word of wild edible greens. We will be acquainting ourselves with many of NE Iowa's finest, while at the same time learning to craft our harvest into a balanced and harmonious whole. The result? A scrumptious, heartily healthful wild salad of mid-spring, which we will enjoy together at the the workshop's conclusion. *Note: for veterans of our earlier spring salad workshop, know that there will be a number of noteable newcomers on the scene, probable cast of characters including edible tree leaves, evergreen tips and cones, wild roots, and a host of other woodland wonders.
